Project Description

The project involves the procurement and installation of modern medical equipment for theatres, recovery rooms, and the Accident and Emergency Ward at the New General Hospital, Orerokpe, under the administration of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori (Phase I). This phase focuses on equipping critical units of the hospital with advanced medical tools and devices necessary for surgical procedures, patient monitoring, emergency response, and post-operative care.

This intervention will significantly improve the hospital’s capacity to deliver efficient and timely medical services, reduce patient referrals to distant facilities, and enhance emergency response capabilities. It will also contribute to improved healthcare outcomes and better access to quality medical services for residents of Okpe Local Government Area and surrounding communities.
