The construction of a Psychiatric Building for the Osubi Specialist Hospital (OSH), Osubi, in Okpe Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at providing a dedicated facility for the provision of mental health and psychiatric care. The project will strengthen the hospital's mental healthcare infrastructure, provide a suitable environment for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with mental health conditions, improve access to specialized healthcare services, enhance the capacity of healthcare professionals, and contribute to improved mental health and overall well-being of residents in Okpe Local Government Area and Delta State.
