Project Description

The Additional Works in the Construction of the Lecture Hall at Nigeria Maritime University, by the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, in this and beyond, is aimed at enhancing educational infrastructure and improving the learning environment within the institution. The scope of work involves landscaping around the building, construction of a water treatment plant, and installation of a water treatment facility. Construction of a generator house, installation of a 40KVA Mikano soundproof generator set and furnishing of the lecture hall.

This intervention is expected to strengthen the quality of tertiary education, improve students’ learning experiences, and support the development of skilled manpower in the maritime and related sectors. It also contributes to sustainable educational and infrastructural development within the institution, the local community, and beyond.
