Project Description

The digitization of the operation of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Renewal, Asaba, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at transforming the Ministry’s physical planning and urban renewal activities through the adoption of digital systems and processes. The project will improve the management and retrieval of planning records, development applications, approvals and other administrative services, while reducing paperwork, delays and inefficiencies associated with manual operations. It will also enhance transparency, coordination and service delivery, support effective urban planning and development control, and promote a more efficient and responsive physical planning system in Asaba.
