REHABILITATION OF CHIEF JUSTICE MARSHAL MUKORO STREET/CONSTITUTION OF SIR OKE STREET OFF OSERI ROAD IN EKUIGBO COMMUNITY, UGHELLI NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA.

The Rehabilitation of Chief Justice Marshal Mukoro Street and Construction of Sir Oke Street Off Oseri Road in Ekuigbo Community, by the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, in this and beyond, is aimed at improving intra-community road infrastructure to enhance accessibility and ease of movement for residents. The project involves 707m total length, 6.0m average pavement width, 340m length of drain. The scope of work for the 707 metres length of road includes clearing of site, removal of failed interlocking tiles and topsoil, earth filling with sharp sand, laying of crushed stone base, concrete drain, culverts, access slabs and pavement surfacing of two layers of asphalt binder and wearing courses as well as thermoplastic road marking.

This intervention is expected to reduce transportation difficulties, support local economic activities, and improve the overall living conditions of residents by providing safer and more motorable roads. It also contributes to sustainable infrastructural development and strengthens community integration within the area and beyond.
