Project Description

The construction of a two-person male students’ hostel (Lot 1) at Southern Delta University, Orerokpe Campus, under the administration of Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at providing modern and comfortable accommodation facilities for students within the university environment. The scope of works comprised the construction of a male hostel building with rooms to accommodate two (2) beds per room with ensuit bath/toilet, common room, tuck shop, general kitchen, general laundry and porter's lodge.

This intervention will help address accommodation shortages, create a conducive environment for learning, and improve the safety and comfort of students residing on campus. It will also contribute to the infrastructural growth of the institution, promote academic excellence, and enhance the overall standard of living for students at the university in Orerokpe.
