Project Description

The rehabilitation of Enerhen Police Station Road/Aladja Avenue Road and drainage in Enerhen, Uvwie Local Government Area by the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, aimed at restoring the road network and improving drainage infrastructure within the area. The project involves 600m length of failed asphalted road (Aladja Avenue), 150m length of earth road of police station, 600m2 area of failed asphalted section to be regulated and 7.3m average pavement width. The scope of the 750m length of road includes rehabilitation of failed road sections, asphalt overlay, construction and desilting of drainage channels, and other supporting works to improve road durability and environmental sanitation.

The project will enhance transportation, reduce flooding problems, and improve access for residents, businesses, and commuters within the community. It will also promote safer road usage, support economic activities, and contribute to improved living conditions and socio-economic development in Enerhen and its surrounding areas.
