Project Description

The upgrade of infrastructural facilities at Ukwata Primary School, Umukwata; Otolum Primary School, Ezionum; and Igwete Primary School, Amai, in Ukwuani Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at improving the physical learning environment and enhancing the quality of educational facilities in the three schools. The scope of work include renovation of 1No. 3 classroom block without offices at Ukwata primary school, renovation of 1No. 3 classroom block with offices and toilets at Otolum primary school and demolition/construction of 1No. 4 classroom block with offices and toilets at Igwete primary school
The project will upgrade existing infrastructure, improve the safety, functionality and comfort of school facilities, support effective teaching and learning, and provide a more conducive environment for pupils and teachers. It will also contribute to improved access to quality basic education and the overall development of communities within Ukwuani Local Government Area.
