Project Description

The establishment of an Information, Communication and Technology (ICT)/Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre in Warri, Warri South Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at promoting digital transformation and expanding access to modern information and communication technologies. The project involves the construction and equipping of a modern ICT/CBT centre with computers, networking facilities, internet connectivity, power backup systems, and other supporting infrastructure to facilitate digital learning, computer-based examinations, and ICT training.

The project will enhance digital literacy, improve access to technology-driven education and assessment, and provide a conducive environment for computer-based examinations and skills development.
