Project Description

The extension of the 33kV Overhead (OH) High Voltage (HV) line by Aragba to Southern Delta University Orerokpe Campus, Orerokpe, Okpe Local Government Area, by Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, is aimed at extending reliable electricity supply to the university campus and strengthening its power infrastructure. The project will improve access to stable electricity for academic activities, laboratories, administrative operations, ICT facilities and other essential services, enhance the functionality of the campus, reduce dependence on alternative power sources, and support a more conducive environment for teaching, learning, research and institutional development.
