Project Description

The project entails the construction of the ₦78 billion Effurun/Warri Flyovers to decongest major traffic corridors within the Effurun–Warri metropolis. The flyovers are designed to improve traffic flow, reduce travel time, enhance road safety, and support economic activities in one of the State’s busiest commercial hubs. The project will also boost urban mobility, facilitate smoother movement of goods and people, and improve the overall quality of life for residents.
